"Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school"-Albert Einstein A recent graduate from Arizona State University I received degrees from the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication and the Barrett Honors College. In the fall of December 2007 I returned from a 3 month trip through Europe where I spent time exploring the the rich cultural environment while focusing heavily on pushing and further developing myself as an individual. From an early age I have been fascinated by, and aspired to become a modern day renaissance man. That pursuit has led to a diverse set of interests, passions and experiences which have led me down unique and exhilarating paths. In addition to traveling, I currently have two major projects that I am working on. The first focuses on adapting online video game technology and infrastructure into a business/educational solution which I believe has the power to compete with/replace video conferencing in a number of situations. The second involves looking at using ballroom dancing as a business preparatory tool/class and how normal ballroom classes can be adapted into a business friendly framework. I am also absolutely fascinated by the evolution/future of the internet, Web X.0, the Semantic web and other similar projects. Studying politics and working to better understand propaganda as both a positive and negative force is also currently one of my main focuses. In addition to my video conferencing alternative, I have also continued to build upon the research I did for my honors thesis by looking closely at the relationship between virtual communities and the physical/business world. One offshoot of this research and brainstorming has been the concept that I have come to call web spheres - for more information please see my blog article.
